Elizabeth has worked in architecture, development, and construction for over 20 years and is today responsible for leading the design function at ADCO Constructions across NSW.  Elizabeth ensures that the construction company works with clients and the industry to develop the best possible design solutions and innovative delivery strategies for all projects.  She is passionate about the exploration of new technologies in design and construction to continually improve project outcomes such as cost, time, quality, sustainability, and client satisfaction.  

Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Architecture (Hons) and Bachelor of Environmental Design from the University of Western Australia and has won numerous awards for her work and project successes including a recent NAWIC Innovation in Design Award.
