Tremayne is a 20 year insurance executive with roles spanning operations with CGU, distribution management at Suncorp, product management at Vero, strategy at Allianz and successfully led the turnaround of Capricorn Mutual as CEO Risk.

Tremayne is a Director, Responsible Manager and Principal broker. He is the Managing Director of Australian Mutual Management Pty Ltd and is authorised to design and distribute of miscellaneous risk products to be distrusted as discretionary risk products through associations and Mutuals by Australian Broker Network Pty Ltd [AFSL 253131].

Tremayne is a Civil Engineer with an MBA and is holds the Qualified Practicing Insurance Broker (QPIB) nomination granted by the National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA).
